Northrop Grumman Corporation’s $1.2 Billion Debt Exchange Offer

Cravath represented Northrop Grumman Corporation in connection with its offer to exchange new unsecured notes for up to approximately $1.2 billion of existing notes. The transaction closed on September 2, 2021.
