Cravath represented Northrop Grumman Corporation in connection with its $8.25 billion registered senior notes offering. Northrop Grumman Corporation is a leading global security company. Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance the acquisition of Orbital ATK, Inc. by Northrop Grumman Corporation and for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on October 13, 2017.
