Northrop Grumman’s Senior Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented Northrop Grumman Global Holdings Limited, the borrower, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, a guarantor, in connection with the arrangement of a £120 million two‑year senior unsecured revolving credit facility, made available by Lloyds Bank PLC. Northrop Grumman is a leading global security company. The transaction closed on December 15, 2016.
