Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and US Bancorp, in connection with the $800 million 144A/Reg. S senior notes offering of nVent Finance S.à r.l., a finance subsidiary of nVent Electric plc. nVent Electric plc is being separated from Pentair plc to create a new independent company that will be a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. The transaction closed on March 26, 2018.
