Cravath represented Occidental Petroleum Corporation in connection with its $13 billion registered notes offering. Occidental Petroleum Corporation is an international oil and gas exploration and production company. Proceeds of the offering were used to finance the acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. The transaction closed on August 8, 2019.
The Cravath team included partners Craig F. Arcella and Nicholas A. Dorsey and associates Douglas C. Dolan, Claudia J. Ricciardi, Saagar Kaul and William M. Heisey.
