Cravath represented Occidental Petroleum Corporation in connection with its $3 billion registered high‑yield senior notes offering and related tender offer for certain of its existing outstanding notes. Occidental Petroleum Corporation is an international oil and gas exploration and production company. The notes offering closed on August 26, 2020.
