Olin Corporation’s $1.975 Billion of Credit Facilities

Cravath represented Olin Corporation in connection with a $1.375 billion term loan facility and $600 million revolving credit facility provided to Olin and certain of its subsidiaries by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and a syndicate of lenders. Olin Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of chemical products and a leading U.S. manufacturer of ammunition. The transaction closed on March 9, 2017.
