Olin Corporation’s Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented Olin Corporation in connection with its US$200 million registered senior debt offering. Incorporated in 1892, Olin Corporation is a major manufacturer of ammunition (through Winchester Ammunition) and is the third largest producer in the North American chlor alkali industry. The transaction closed on August 22, 2012.

The Cravath team included partners Kris F. Heinzelman and Joseph D. Zavaglia and associates Bomi Lee and Kevin R. Grondahl.
