Omid Nasab Speaks at PLI’s Trial by Jury 2016 Conference

Cravath partner Omid H. Nasab participated in “Trial by Jury 2016,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held November 21, 2016, in New York City and webcast nationally. Omid spoke on a panel entitled “Conducting an Effective Cross‑Examination,” which discussed how to effectively control the courtroom, elicit favorable testimony during cross‑examination and how to deal with difficult witnesses.
