Orbotech’s Registered Ordinary Shares Offering

Cravath represented Orbotech Ltd. in connection with its US$102 million registered offering of ordinary shares. Orbotech Ltd., headquartered in Israel, is a leading provider of process innovation technologies, solutions and equipment serving the global electronics manufacturing industry. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on June 15, 2016.
