Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented Pacific Gas and Electric Company in connection with its registered offer to exchange up to $2.5 billion of unregistered outstanding notes for new notes. Pacific Gas and Electric Company is one of the largest combination natural gas and electric utilities in the United States. The exchange offer expired on May 14, 2018.
The Cravath team included partners Erik R. Tavzel and Nicholas A. Dorsey on securities matters, and associates Joyce Y. Kim and Leon B. Dalezman on tax matters. Jieun Lim also worked on securities matters.

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $2 billion registered notes offering of Union Pacific Corporation, owner of one of America's leading transportation companies. The transaction closed on February 13, 2025.
