Paul Saunders Chairs, and Evan Chesler Speaks at, Trial by Jury Seminar

On November 28, 2012, Cravath Of Counsel Paul C. Saunders and Presiding Partner Evan R. Chesler participated in “Trial by Jury 2012,” a program presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Paul chaired the program and delivered the introduction and opening remarks. Evan spoke on a panel entitled “Making a Compelling Closing Argument,” which discussed the effective use of evidence, anticipating the adversary’s response and preparing and delivering a winning summation.
