Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On April 12, 2009, Cravath partner Paul C. Saunders was the featured guest on the PBS program “Digital Age” regarding the prominent role digital evidence has played in recent criminal and civil trials. Paul discussed how digital evidence has changed the conduct of trials in the United States and its revolutionary impact on the litigation process. Paul is the chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers’ Task Force on Discovery, which developed and released Proposed Principles designed to treat the nation’s ailing system of civil justice. These Proposed Principles were included in the recently published “Final Report on the Joint Project of the ACTL Task Force on Discovery and the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System.”
