Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On October 3, 2011, Cravath Of Counsel Paul C. Saunders received the 2011 Milton S. Gould Award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy at the Office of the Appellate Defender’s eighteenth annual “First Monday in October” program, held at the New York University School of Law. The award was presented to Paul and Kathleen Sullivan, a partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and former summer associate at Cravath, after they delivered arguments before a mock U.S. Supreme Court in a trial entitled “Health Insurance Mandate: Is It Constitutional?” The Honorable Milton L. Williams, former Presiding Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department, served as Chief Justice.
