Paul Saunders Speaks at ACI Conference

On March 23, 2010, Cravath partner Paul C. Saunders spoke at the American Conference Institute’s advanced forum on Securities Regulation & Enforcement. Paul spoke on a panel entitled “‘Foreign Cubed’ Securities Fraud Actions: How Much of a Threat Are They and What’s Next?” Panelists examined the Vivendi case, the first “foreign-cubed” securities fraud case to go to trial, and new potential securities litigation risks.
