Paul Saunders Speaks at Defense Research Institute Conference

On October 23, 2010, Cravath Of Counsel Paul C. Saunders spoke at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Annual Meeting held in San Diego, California. Paul spoke on a panel entitled “Discovery Issues in the American Legal System and the Defense Bar’s Response to a Call for Reform,” in which panelists discussed the recent rules proposals in the Final Report of the Task Force on Discovery and Civil Justice of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
