On April 8 and 9, 2010, Cravath partner Paul C. Saunders spoke at the 12th Annual Sedona Conference on “Complex Litigation—The Future of Civil Litigation: Legislative and Behavioral Changes.” Paul participated in four panel discussions, entitled “Effectiveness of the 2006 Rules Amendments,” “Alternatives to Current Discovery Practices That Do Not Require Rules Changes,” “Summary Judgment and the Vanishing Trial” and “Judicial Management and Judicial Resources.”
