Paul Zumbro and Jed Zobitz Speak at the ABI Winter Leadership Conference

Cravath partner Paul H. Zumbro participated in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2020 “Winter Leadership Conference,” which was presented virtually from December 3‑4, 2020. Paul spoke on a panel entitled “‘Too Many Hats’: The Peculiar Problems and Challenges that Arise When an Equity Sponsor/Secured Lender is a DIP Lender/Stalking‑Horse Buyer in a Chapter 11 Case,” which included U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Robert D. Drain, and discussed the complex and legally vexing governance and process issues that can arise when a creditor or equity holder has multiple roles in a restructuring.
