Paul Zumbro and Robert Trust Speak at LSTA Seminar

On July 23, 2009, Cravath partner Paul H. Zumbro and senior attorney Robert H. Trust conducted a seminar entitled “Section 363 Bankruptcy Sales: Is There A New Trend That Could Undermine Creditors’ Rights?” at the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) in New York City. Topics covered included the Section 363 sales process; advantages of buying assets in a Section 363 sale; risks to creditors and buyers in a Section 363 sale; and review of Section 363 sales in Lehman, Chrysler and General Motors.
