Paul Zumbro Moderates Panel at the ABI’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference

Cravath partner Paul H. Zumbro participated in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference, which was held virtually from May 19‑20, 2021. Paul moderated a panel including U.S. Bankruptcy Judge James J. Garrity, Jr. and bankruptcy law practitioners and entitled “Post‑Restructuring.” The panel focused on various issues related to selecting and managing a post‑restructured board of directors and other topics related to maximizing value upon emergence from chapter 11, including disposition of restructured equity, minority holder protections and the disposition of restructured equity and public vs. private emergence.
