Paul Zumbro Speaks at 2022 Strengthening Insolvency Systems in Asia and the Pacific Conference

Cravath partner Paul H. Zumbro participated in the 2022 Strengthening Insolvency Systems in Asia and the Pacific, a conference hosted by the Asian Development Bank, Singapore Management University, Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative, University of Chicago Law School’s Center on Law and Finance, University of Cambridge’s Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law, and INSOL International from December 15-16, 2022 in Mandaluyong, Philippines, and which featured leading professionals to discuss insolvency reform in the Asia Pacific region. Paul spoke on three panels entitled “Governance of Insolvency and Restructuring Procedures: Debtor in Possession, Insolvency Practitioner or Hybrid Model?,” “Directors’ Duties and Liability in the Zone of Insolvency” and “Rescue Financing and Administrative Expenses.”
