Paul Zumbro Speaks at American College of Bankruptcy and Boston College Law School’s Bankruptcy Symposium

On September 23, 2022, Cravath partner Paul H. Zumbro participated in “‘Borrowing a Bankruptcy’ and Legislative Responses,” a symposium hosted by the American College of Bankruptcy and Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts. Paul spoke on the “Divisive Mergers” panel, discussing the “Texas Two Step” bankruptcy structure. Paul also spoke on the “Third-Party Releases” panel, which reviewed non-consensual third party releases in opioid cases and other mass tort cases.
