Paul Zumbro Speaks at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2016 Winter Leadership Conference

On December 2, 2016, Cravath partner Paul H. Zumbro participated in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2016 “Winter Leadership Conference,” which was held December 1‑3, 2016, in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Paul spoke on a panel entitled “DIP Best Practices,” which discussed the key issues in debtor‑in‑possession (DIP) financing, including steps to achieving the best result for DIP lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, debtors and creditors’ committees. In addition to Paul, the panel included Judge Sean H. Lane of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, among other panelists.
