Barbur was featured in The National Law Journal article entitled “Surveillance Under Scrutiny.” The article included excerpts from Peter’s amicus brief on behalf of the Committee on Civil Rights in connection with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) amendments of 2008.
