Peter Barbur Speaks at Antitrust Law Forum

On February 5, 2011, Cravath partner Peter T. Barbur spoke at the “Antitrust Law Leaders’ Forum,” presented by the Global Competition Review and held in Miami, Florida. Peter spoke on a panel entitled “Merger Hypothetical,” which analyzed, under several jurisdictions’ merger frameworks, whether a reviewing agency should allow a merger of the two closest competitors in a market for enterprise networking equipment, where there is only one other significant competitor in the market.
