Peter Barbur Speaks on Internal Investigations at CEE Forensic Conference

On October 19, 2016, Cravath partner Peter T. Barbur participated in the inaugural Central and Eastern Europe Forensic Conference, which focused on compliance and internal investigations and was presented by CMS Legal Services in Warsaw, Poland. Peter spoke on a panel entitled “Forensic Investigations – ‘Do’s and Don’ts,’” which discussed planning and structuring internal investigations, the benefits of involving outside counsel and the legal issues that may arise during a forensic investigation.
