Philip Boeckman Co‑Chairs, and John White and Daniel Slifkin Participate in, PLI’s Fourteenth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe

On January 19 and 20, 2015, three Cravath partners participated in the “Fourteenth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe,” presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in London. Philip J. Boeckman served as Co‑Chair of the program, which focused on the application of U.S. securities law in the EU. John W. White moderated a panel entitled “Accounting and Auditing: A Must for Lawyers in 2015” and Daniel Slifkin spoke on a panel entitled “Hot Topics in U.S. Securities Litigation.”
