Philip Boeckman Co‑Chairs, and John White Moderates at, Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe

On January 31, 2013, two Cravath partners participated in the “Twelfth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: Overcoming Deal‑Making Challenges in the Current Markets,” presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in London. Philip J. Boeckman, Managing Partner of the Firm’s London Office, served as a Co‑Chair of the program, which discussed the latest market trends and developments and dealmaking in Europe and the United States. John W. White, Co‑Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory practice, moderated a panel entitled “Getting the Numbers Right and Working With Your Auditors,” which discussed new audit committee communications requirements, IFRS and convergence developments, audit committee responsibilities and SEC accounting reviews of foreign private issuers.
