Philip Boeckman Co‑Chairs, and John White Moderates at, Thirteenth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe

On March 20, 2014, two Cravath partners participated in the “Thirteenth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe,” presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in London. Philip J. Boeckman, Managing Partner of the Firm’s London office, served as Co‑Chair of the program, which focused on the current deal environment and regulatory, governance and developments affecting corporate and financial institutions across Europe, the United States and abroad. John W. White, Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory practice, moderated a panel entitled “The Story in the Numbers: Accounting and Auditing Developments for 2014,” which discussed SEC accounting reviews of foreign private issuers, audit committee developments in 2014 and financial reporting trends.
