Philip Boeckman Speaks at PLI Annual Institute

On January 25 and 26, 2010, Cravath partner Philip J. Boeckman spoke at the “Ninth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: A Contrast in EU and U.S. Provisions,” a two-day conference in London presented by the Practising Law Institute. Philip moderated a panel discussion entitled “Corporate Governance and Enforcement.”
