Cravath represented the underwriters, led by MUFG, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and RBS, in connection with the US$2.5 billion registered senior debt offering of Phillips 66, an energy manufacturing and logistics company with midstream, chemicals, refining, and marketing and specialties businesses. The transaction closed on November 17, 2014.
