PNC Bank’s Senior Bank Notes Offering

June 18, 2018

Cravath represented the dealers, PNC Capital Markets LLC, Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $750 million senior bank notes offering of PNC Bank, National Association, a wholly owned subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. The transaction closed on June 8, 2018.

The Cravath team included partner Andrew J. Pitts and associate D. Ryan Hart. Summer associate Bethany Clarke also worked on this matter.
