PNC Bank’s $1.4 Billion of Senior Rate Notes Offerings

Cravath represented the dealers, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities and PNC Capital Markets LLC, in connection with the $750 million senior floating rate notes offering and the $650 million senior fixed rate/floating rate notes offering of PNC Bank, National Association, a wholly owned subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. The transactions closed on December 9, 2019.
