Premier, Inc.’s Registered Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$139 million registered secondary common stock offering of Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on November 16, 2015.
