Prosus N.V.’s $1.25 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented Prosus N.V. in connection with its $1.25 billion 144A/Reg. S senior notes offering under its $6 billion global medium‑term note program. Prosus N.V. is a global consumer internet group and is a publicly listed subsidiary of Naspers Limited. Prosus N.V. was formerly known as Myriad International Holdings B.V. The transaction closed on January 21, 2020.
The Cravath team included partner David Mercado and associates Yannick Adler and Ariadne E. Lyon on securities matters, and partner Christopher K. Fargo on tax matters. Duncan H. Hardell also worked on tax matters.
