Quest Diagnostics’s Revolving Credit Facility

March 22, 2018

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $750 million revolving credit facility made available to Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, a leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services. The revolving credit facility will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on March 22, 2018.

The Cravath team included partner Stephen M. Kessing and associate Stephanie M. Park on banking matters, and associate Rory M. Minnis on tax matters.
