RELX Capital Inc.’s Registered Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, SMBC Nikko, ABN AMRO and RBC Capital Markets, in connection with the $700 million registered notes offering of RELX Capital Inc., a global provider of information and analytics for professional and business customers across industries. The transaction closed on March 16, 2018.
