Cravath represented RELX Capital Inc. in connection with its $500 million registered notes offering, guaranteed by RELX PLC. RELX Capital Inc. is an indirect finance subsidiary of RELX PLC, a global provider of information and analytics for professional and business customers across industries. The transaction closed on May 20, 2022.
