Rich Clary Chairs 2008 PLI Conference

On November 11, 2008, Cravath partner Richard W. Clary spoke at “Managing Complex Litigation 2008: Legal Strategies and Best Practices in ‘High-Stakes’ Cases,” a conference and live webcast in New York City presented by the Practising Law Institute. Rich chaired the program and moderated two panel discussions entitled “Creative Tools for Controlling Opt-Outs and Coordinated Cases” and “Issues to Consider in Crafting a Settlement Agreement.” Speakers included in-house counsel from prominent companies such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Schering-Plough and Credit Suisse.
