Rich Clary Chairs 2009 PLI Conference

On November 10, 2009, Cravath partner Richard W. Clary spoke at “‘Bet the Company’ Litigation 2009: Best Practices for Complex Cases,” a conference and live webcast in New York City presented by the Practising Law Institute. Rich chaired the program and, in addition to delivering the opening remarks, moderated a panel discussion entitled “Jurisdictional Battles and Procedural Innovations.” Other speakers included in-house counsel from prominent companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Beazer Homes USA, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Citigroup.
