Rich Clary Speaks at PLI Institute

On November 12 and 13, 2008, Cravath partner Richard W. Clary spoke at the Practising Law Institute’s “40th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation,” a three-day conference and live webcast in New York City. Rich spoke on a panel entitled “Private Securities and Derivative Litigation.” Over 80 other leaders in the field, including experts from the government, financial institutions, academia and leading corporations, spoke at the conference.
