Rich Clary Speaks on Key Civil Cases at SIFMA’s C&L Annual Seminar

On March 17, 2015, Cravath partner Richard W. Clary spoke at the 47th Annual Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Compliance & Legal Society Seminar, held in Phoenix, Arizona. Rich spoke on a panel entitled “Litigation Update: Major Civil Cases,” which focused on closely watched securities and antitrust cases pending in the U.S. Supreme Court and the circuit courts of appeals, statutes of repose and limitations in IndyMac and other cases, new caselaw on judgment reductions, a wrap‑up of residential mortgage‑backed securities developments and other anticipated trends.
