Rich Clary Speaks on Navigating Senior Management Through the Litigation and Enforcement Process at SIFMA’s C&L Annual Seminar

On March 14, 2016, Cravath partner Richard W. Clary spoke at the 48th Annual Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Compliance & Legal Society Seminar, held in Orlando, Florida. Rich spoke on a panel entitled “Navigating Senior Management Through the Litigation and Enforcement Process,” which addressed the Department of Justice’s Yates Memorandum and other issues affecting senior management, including self‑reporting and self‑investigating, litigation and investigations, and counsel and board communications.
