Rich Clary Speaks on Representative Democracy at The Putney Debates 2017

On February 3, 2017, Cravath partner Richard W. Clary participated in “The Putney Debates 2017: Constitutional Crisis in the United Kingdom,” a multi‑day program held in London, jointly presented by Oxford University; The Foundation for Law, Justice & Society; and The Centre for Socio‑Legal Studies. Rich participated in a session entitled “Preserving the Liberal Constitution,” and his presentation was entitled “Thoughts from Across the Pond: The U.S. Constitution and Representative Democracy (1787, 2017).”
