Rich Clary Teaches Harvard Law School Course

Cravath partner Richard W. Clary is teaching “Complex Litigation: Legal Doctrine, Real World Practice” in the Fall 2011 term at Harvard Law School. This course will study legal doctrines and current “best practices” relating to complex litigation. Topics will include federal class actions and multi-district litigation, among others.
