On September 27, 2013, Cravath partners Richard Hall and Faiza J. Saeed participated in the 10th Annual Institute on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance, a conference co‑presented by Penn State Dickinson School of Law and the New York City Bar Association. Richard, Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice for EMEA, spoke on a panel entitled “SEC Developments in M&A & Governance.” Faiza, co‑Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice, spoke on a panel entitled “Deal Lawyer’s Perspectives on Recent Developments in M&A.”
