Richard Hall and George Schoen Speak at IBA’s 2015 Annual Conference

Two Cravath partners participated in the International Bar Association’s 2015 Annual Conference, which was held October 4 ‑ 9, 2015, in Vienna, Austria.

George F. Schoen spoke on a panel entitled “M&A Gone Bad,” which discussed how to navigate various issues that may arise out of an M&A transaction. Richard Hall, Head of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice for EMEA, spoke on a panel entitled “Strategy II: Independent Law Firms ‑ Strategies for the Future,” which focused on the challenges independent law firms face in the global marketplace and how these firms can succeed at maintaining a competitive edge.
