Richard Hall Authors Article for The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation on Recent Antitrust Developments in M&A

Cravath partner Richard Hall authored an article entitled “Antitrust Developments in M&A,” which was published by The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation on June 22, 2022. The article reviews major developments at the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and select foreign antitrust authorities related to antitrust merger enforcement and other significant changes currently under consideration, including the use of new theories to evaluate and possibly challenge mergers.
