An article authored by Cravath partner Richard Hall, Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice for EMEA, entitled “SEC Developments in M&A,” was published by The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation on February 19, 2014. The article discusses a panel led by Michele M.
