Richard Hall Discusses the Impact of Brexit on M&A in Practical Law Journal Q&A

Cravath partner Richard Hall, Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice for EMEA, was featured in a Q&A that was published in the September 2016 issue of Practical Law The Journal. The Q&A was included in an article entitled “Brexit: Implications for M&A and Private Equity Funds,” which surveyed leading practitioners on their views of the implications of the United Kingdom’s vote to exit the European Union.
